I often find my work too utopian and optimistic. But I ask myself: how are we going to build better futures if we only imagine a world on the brink of collapse? In response to this apocalyptic vision of the future, I aim to envision, through these illustrations, a more livable city that prioritizes care for both people and nature: creating community urban gardens, developing climate-adapted green spaces, promoting sustainable transport, and opening up more spaces for street life, where communities can thrive.
